The role of the Bankruptcy Manager is to supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of specialists working on bankruptcy and secured asset tasks. Individual is responsible for overseeing the teams daily work including queues, calls and correspondence. Provides direction to the team along with answering questions and explaining policies and procedures to meet the company’s initiatives. Communicates with repossession and remarketing vendors, clients, bankruptcy trustees among other external and internal partners. Ensures compliance is at the forefront of decisions, processes, and execution of strategies.
The role of the Secured Servicing Specialist is to ensure we are meeting our committed servicing levels set by our clients. The role will work to maximize dollars collected by managing inventory and improving handling time. Individual is responsible to ensure positive and timely communication with clients on topics related to repossessions, surrenders, reaffirmations, insurance claims and reporting. This position communicates with clients, external and internal partners. Individual plays a key role in ensuring that compliance is at the forefront of decisions, processes, and execution of strategies on serviced accounts.
The Senior Financial Analyst assists the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in developing and supporting effective budgeting and forecasting processes, and monthly close/reporting requirements that support the company in delivering timely outputs as well as setting goals and expectations. Individual provides Finance and Operations support and plays a key role in the development of budget, forecasting, and reporting processes and improvements. In addition, this individual understands the performance of the company and assists in developing strategies to automate deliverables.
Associates in this position support the Finance department by processing transactions received from several sources of cash receipts. The standard duties also include reviewing multiple daily reports to ensure cash reconciliation and transaction posting accuracy. This position is focused on quality in a tightly controlled environment and requires multiple tasks performed simultaneously to meet challenging timelines.
