The role of Internal Recovery Legal Collections Support is responsible for assisting the Internal Recovery Legal Collections team with administrative account and consumer handling. This role will respond to inbound and outbound consumer calls, voicemails, emails and other administrative duties including interacting with attorneys, legal assistants, collectors and management. This position must handle collections calls efficiently by negotiating payments in compliance with federal regulations and the company’s business needs. Individuals must apply proven communication, organization and problem-solving skills to maximize the team’s performance.
The role of the Client Services – Post Sales Support staff is to provide a high-quality level-of-service to both internal and external clients in support of our three major business lines; Debt Collections, Bankruptcy and Payment Rewards. This role is vital to the ongoing success of the company as it directly impacts how our external clients perceive Jefferson Capital Systems, as well as how our internal clients execute on client deliverables. Client Services is also responsible for adhering to and enforcing compliance; which includes extensive quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
The Internal Recovery Legal Collections Associate is responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to interact with consumers, review their account information and establish repayment options on past due accounts. This position must handle collections calls efficiently by negotiating payments in compliance with a consumer’s ability to pay, federal regulations and the company’s business needs. This position interacts with consumers as well as many departments within the organization. Individuals must apply proven communication, negotiation and problem solving skills to maximize the team’s performance and ensure procedures are being followed.
For the individual that enjoys working with customers through phone interactions. Associates will utilize soft sales techniques to present a solution to customers that provides them a unique, proprietary tool designed to resolve their delinquent debt. This position has both an hourly pay rate and a bonus opportunity for strong performers.
