The Payment Rewards Associate is responsible for marketing the Payment Rewards Program to consumers, helping them establish repayment opportunities and ensure customers are successful in completing the program. Involves answering inbound consumer calls using automated dialing system. Position requires collection calls to be handled efficiently by negotiating payments in compliance with federal regulations and company policy/procedures.
The Human Resources Development Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining an Organizational Development Program including staff development, inclusion and diversity for the company. Provides training, coaching and guidance to staff. Facilitates discussions and meetings as requested. Provides support to a variety of HR areas of responsibility.
