The Business Development role is a senior leadership position responsible for developing sales and marketing plans for assigned industry verticals to successfully achieve the budgeted capital deployment in each targeted market segment. Individual is responsible to identify new markets to offer existing and/or additional projects and services that meet the company’s deployment, return and profit margin expectations.
The role of the Secured Servicing Specialist is to ensure we are meeting our committed servicing levels set by our clients. The role will work to maximize dollars collected by managing inventory and improving handling time. Individual is responsible to ensure positive and timely communication with clients on topics related to repossessions, surrenders, reaffirmations, insurance claims and reporting. This position communicates with clients, external and internal partners. Individual plays a key role in ensuring that compliance is at the forefront of decisions, processes, and execution of strategies on serviced accounts.
Associates in this position support the Finance department by processing transactions received from several sources of cash receipts. The standard duties also include reviewing multiple daily reports to ensure cash reconciliation and transaction posting accuracy. This position is focused on quality in a tightly controlled environment and requires multiple tasks performed simultaneously to meet challenging timelines.
Individual is responsible for multiple types of consumer communication including inbound calls, correspondence, email, and reviewing and assessing individual charged-off distressed accounts. Account handling could be in response to a customer dispute, complaint, or credit bureau reporting issue. Individual will work to meet defined deadlines, document accounts, and respond according to procedures.
