The Senior Financial Analyst assists the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in developing and supporting effective budgeting and forecasting processes, and monthly close/reporting requirements that support the company in delivering timely outputs as well as setting goals and expectations. Individual provides Finance and Operations support and plays a key role in the development of budget, forecasting, and reporting processes and improvements. In addition, this individual understands the performance of the company and assists in developing strategies to automate deliverables.

The Internal Recovery Collections Associate is responsible for setting up payment arrangement with consumers on their charged off debt. Role involves answering inbound and making outbound consumer calls using an automated dialing system. Position requires collection calls to be handled efficiently by negotiating payments in compliance with federal regulations and company policy/procedures.
