On average, the company contributes over 90% of the costs of all health plans for associates and their families, with all increases being absorbed by Jefferson Capital for the last five years – that’s a valuable part of our associates’ total compensation! This year we were faced with an 8% increase in premiums, however we surprised our associates during the recent 20th anniversary celebration and announced that the company would, once again, be absorbing the entire increase.
