Jefferson Capital Celebrates its Excellent First Quarter Results with Associates

Jefferson Capital recently shared the company’s Q1 2023 results in an All Associates meeting with team members from its St. Cloud, Denver and Minneapolis offices. During the meeting, Chief Financial Officer Dave Mitchell reported upon the company’s record-setting First Quarter performance while other Senior Management members highlighted various operational strengths driving the continued outstanding performance. President Mark Zellmann also revealed the Capital Excellence Award winner for this quarter: Erin Skillingstad was rewarded for her great idea which will lead to continued efficiency gains for her department.
